As can be seen from the figure above, repeatability measurement data is 1.231μm when the step distance is 1μm

Step 10μm scanning 30 times repeatability measurement data: 1.773μm

By comparison, it can be seen that the repetition accuracy is about 1.773μm when the speed is 10μm. It can be seen that its accuracy is very high.
