The principle of the analog displacement sensor is the same as that of the inductive sensor, when the metal target is near the sensing surface of the sensor, the energy of the oscillator system is reduced. The degree of energy reduction is an indicator of the size of the distance between the target and the sensor. In the additional circuit, the energy loss is converted into a measurement signal, which is then linearized and amplified. Analog sensors with standard outputs of 0-5V, 0-10V and O-20mA are particularly suitable for measurement and control systems.
So how to reduce the interference of analog displacement sensors?
, add 1:1 signal isolator;
, add magnetic ring;
, PLC power supply and isolation transformer;
, switch signal and analog signal separation;
, the analog signal uses a separate shielded line, 4~20 mA is a better signal type;
, the analog signal load is solenoid, choose 1.5 lines;
, analog signals and digital signals can not use the same multi-core cable, let alone the same cable as the power line;
, PLC input and output signal lines should be shielded cables, cables should be suspended on the PLC side of the input and output side and the ground;
, signal cables should be away from strong interference sources, such as frequency converters, high-power silicon rectifiers, high-power equipment, etc.
, in order to reduce electronic interference, analog signal cable application twisted pair shielded cable grounding, analog signal cable shielding layer should be a shielding layer, but if there is a potential difference at both ends of the cable, there will be a current difference on the shielding line, resulting in analog signal interference, should be set at the cable grounding site shielding layer.
